FIMCON 2026 – This Moment Matters

The moment

Food is Medicine has reached a critical juncture.

Policy opportunities are expanding, investments are growing, and scientific validation is strengthening. The time is ripe for a central convening with the scale and cross-sector reach to channel this momentum into lasting change.

The response

FIMCON is the launchpad for the next era.

Where fragmented efforts become a coordinated force. Where emerging practitioners find mentorship and community. Where policymakers hear from those doing the work. Where funders see the full scope of what's possible.

Conference Registration

General Admission (Non-Profit / Academia / Government) tickets are currently sold out. We are operating off a waitlist — our team monitors it daily. If a spot opens, we will reach out directly.

The "Invited Guest" and "Friends of FIMCON" ticket types are not available for public purchase and are limited to individuals with prior communication from the FIMCON Steering Committee. See the FAQs for details.

Conference Agenda

FIMCON 2026 will be two full days of plenaries, breakouts, and structured networking, curated by the FIMCON Steering Committee to reflect the priorities of the Food is Medicine field and the full ecosystem supporting this work.
